Unit Details: Assist the medical team with discharge planning, assessing DME needs, and patient follow-up recommendations.

ICU experience helpful.

Required Credentials:
Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests:
RTO must be listed at time of submission.
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details:
Inpatient orthopedic experience, seeing patients day of surgery.

Shift & Scheduling:
Shifts are 7 days a week, this position is for 40 Hours weekly, must be willing to work weekends.

- Floating throughout the hospital, except to pediatrics.
