Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Preferred 1 year of hospital pharmacy practice experience (full time). If less than full time, will consider with additional years of experience and discussion of skills built during hospital tenure(s)
• Preferred experience with more than one electronic medical record and pharmacy information system.
• Preferred experience with hospital pharmacy automated dispensing machines
• inpatient hospital pharmacy including dispensing and clinical functions

Required Credentials:

• Required Education: BS Pharmacy, or PharmD

Unit/Facility Details:

• Parking: Side of building/non-visitor spots

Special Requests:

• This person will function independently as the pharmacy with potential remote support.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekends on request.
• On-call after hours; return to pharmacy for emergencies
• Call Requirements: Yes, unless another pharmacist is delegated.
