Additional Details:

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Endoscope reprocessing, general decontamination, and sterile processing.

Required Credentials:

• Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests:

• RTO must be listed at time of submission.
• Cannot be currently or recently (within 6 months) employed with network; must have left in good status if former employee.

Unit Details:

• Cleans and sterilizes campus-wide instrumentation including clinics and endoscope processing.
• Adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population.
• Parking Cost: No Fee

Shift & Scheduling:

• No call required.
• No weekends required.
• Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN, LPN and CNAs.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Community Hospital experience.
