    Required Skills/Experience:

    • Will take 1 year of experience if they've traveled before. If they're a first-time traveler, need 2+ years of experience. This needs to be Cath Lab experience.
    • Experience with above cases; must be able to scrub and operate the table simultaneously.

    Preferred Skills/Experience:

    • Monitoring experience preferred.
    • Merge hemodynamic system experience preferred.

    Special Requests:

    • Any RTO or special requests not included on your application will NOT be considered.
    • You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same unit & shift at the same facility). Example: if you apply for day shift, you can also apply for night shift on the same unit and facility, but you cannot apply for another day shift position on the same unit and facility.

    Unit Details:

    • Performs diagnostic/interventional Cath Lab cases including LHC/RHC, NSTEMI and STEMI, Impella, IABPs, Rotablator, CTOs/staged PCI, shockwave, temporary pacers, peripheral diagnostic/intervention, and loop recorders.
    • EP cases include Micra, pacemakers, AICDs, lead extractions/revisions, and generator changes.
    • Approximately 8 cases per day.
    • Travelers help transport their own tele-monitored patients.
    • Uses Alaris IV pumps, Pyxis, Picom PACS, and GE Alea C-arm.

    Shift & Scheduling:

    • Option of taking buddy call during the 1st week; independent call begins during the 2nd week.
    • Weekend rotation: call only.
    • Weekday call Monday-Thursday once per week, EOS until 0700 the following morning.
    • Weekend call every 6th weekend, EOS Friday until Monday at 0700.
    • No sleep room available, but can use the Admit/Recovery unit if necessary.
    • 30-minute response time.
    • 3-person call team: 2 techs and 1 RN.
    • 1 holiday per contract, call only.
    • Could be 0600-1630 or 0700-1730, depending if they're on call. If on call for that night, will be the later shift.
    • Rotating day off each week.

    Floating Requirements:

    • Possibility of floating to Auburn Cath Lab. Would know in advance if needed to float. Could float max once per week but might not float at all.
