Unit Details:
- Cath lab is separate from IR and EP.
- Scrub, monitor hemodynamics, and circulate.
- Uses PACS.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Rotating weekends and holidays.
- On-call is weekly on a rotational basis, usually 8-9 shifts per month.
- 30-minute call response time.
- A mandatory call list is used when staff cannot fulfill a call shift.
