The facility has a tardy policy: If clinicians are more than 15 minutes late, the facility has the option to no longer use their services.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Five years of professional experience with two years of management experience.
- Hospital exp required.
- 1-year residency 2 yrs exp/ Tech OPs Lead.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Prefers someone who is local.
Required Credentials:
- Bachelor of Science degree and/or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school of Pharmacy
Preferred Credentials:
- PharmD preferred.
- 1-year residency (PGY1) preferred.
- Licensed to administer immunizations, vaccines, and emergency medications preferred.
Special Requests:
- No RTO or special requests.
- If an offer is received, the facility needs your contract signed within 24 hours of making the offer.
Unit Details:
- Lead pharmacist role with daily administrative and operational responsibilities, including staff supervision, policy and procedure development, quality improvement efforts, oversight of computer-based information and dispensing systems, purchasing and inventory management, staff development, and monthly operational reporting.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Flexible days and hours with 8- or 10-hour shifts.
