Additional Details:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Knowledge of sterile technique and supplies used during special exams.
- Ability to maneuver equipment and improvise positions when patient condition does not permit routine positioning.
Required Credentials:
- Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.
Unit/Facility Details:
- Performs diagnostic and therapeutic radiographic procedures for radiologic diagnosis.
- Prepares and operates equipment, positions patients correctly, and may be required to scrub into procedures as needed.
- Pediatric through geriatric patient population.

Shift & Scheduling:
- On-call 10 shifts per month, including 1-2 week nights per week call from 1700-0700 and every 3rd or 4th weekend call.
- Flexible contract hours: 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek. 3, 12 hr shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek.
Special Requests:

- Must work 2/3 major holidays.
- Local travelers accepted for allied positions; IN residents are considered local.
- IU Health will not allow IN RNs to work at their facilities. Exceptions include: Periop/OR RNs, allied and ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule. Periop includes ENDO, IR RN, PACU, Cath Lab RN, SDS.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
