Shift & Scheduling:
- Shift: Monday - Friday, Standard hours of operation 0700-1530, hours vary upon operational needs. They may work 100-1800 or 0800-1600.
- Call Requirements On call rotating
- Weekends: Yes On call

Job responsibilities for Cath Lab Techs include preparing the patient and equipment for procedures and assisting during the procedure. Cath Lab Techs need to understand sterile techniques to protect patients from infection, and they may monitor the patient during the procedure to detect complications. The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists offers certification in Cardiac Interventional Radiography.
