You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same unit & shift at the same facility). Example: if you apply for day shift, you can also apply for night shift on the same unit and facility, but you cannot apply for another day shift position on the same unit & facility.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Skills required: Experience with above cases as circulator and patient monitoring (sedation needs provided by Anesthesia).
- Minimum Years of Experience required? 2 years; prefer prior pediatric cath lab.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Monitoring experience preferred: PACS: Picom, Hemodynamic: Merge. & C-arm: Siemens Artis
Required Credentials: WA state Rad Tech and/or CISC license
Shift & Scheduling:
- Weekend rotation: Call only for weekend coverage; 1-2 weekends per month (anticipate every 3rd week)
- On call? 7 call shifts (includes weekend) in 3 week rotation; weekday call: EOS to 0700 following day; weekend call: EOS Friday to 0700 Monday; 45-minute response time, no sleep room available
- Holiday Expectations: call only; included in department call rotation

Job responsibilities for Cath Lab Techs include preparing the patient and equipment for procedures and assisting during the procedure. Cath Lab Techs need to understand sterile techniques to protect patients from infection, and they may monitor the patient during the procedure to detect complications. The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists offers certification in Cardiac Interventional Radiography. The average annual salary for Cath Lab Techs in the United States is more than $60,000; the average annual salary for Cardiovascular Technologists (which can be another title for Cath Lab Tech) is more than $70,000.
