Additional Details:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Pediatrics preferred. -Teaching Hospital Experience
- Community Hospital Experience
Special Requests:
- Driver's license or state-issued ID and a proof of address document in your name with a matching address must be included with submission; the document must be issued within the last 3 months, and the address must be greater than 75 miles from the facility.
- Accepted proof of address documents: cell phone bill; electric, gas, water, sewer, or Wi-Fi bill; mortgage statement or lease agreement.
Unit Details:
- 2 GE scanners - 64 slice and 16 slice.
- Outpatient, inpatient, and ER.
- CT calcium scores.
- Infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Sun - Tue.
- RTO restrictions: 5 days or less.
Floating Requirements:
- Float within scope to sister facilities to meet facility needs.
