Additional Details:
Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer. All RTO must be included in submittal. Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility. All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Unit Details: Majority brains and spines, but also abdominal and extremity imaging. We do not scan enterography, prostate, cardiac, or breast. We work extensively with anesthesia and ICU patients.
Shift & Scheduling: No on-call required. Weekend coverage could be more frequent than every other and is subject to staffing needs.
Floating Requirements: May float to like units.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
