    Unit Details: Coverage in rehab and acute rehab. Evaluate and re-evaluate assigned adult patients in outpatient and inpatient settings. Plan and implement an ongoing therapeutic program as prescribed by the ordering physician. Regularly update the treatment plan and home exercise program, independently manage a full caseload, and perform re-evaluations based on insurance authorization. Uses Epic.

    Special Requests: Must report to Hilo Employee Health 48-72 hours prior to assignment start and arrive in Hawaii the Thursday before a Monday start to attend the Friday appointment.

    Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri. Must be able to work Hawaii State and Federal holidays as necessary based on hospital operations.
