    Required Credentials: Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.

    Unit Details: OU Health University of Oklahoma Medical Center is Oklahoma’s only Level I Trauma Center. Clinicians should have strong Trauma Level 1 experience and/or be willing to work with difficult cases. Provides individual and group treatment activities under the direction of a physician. Interprets physician referrals and selects appropriate standardized evaluation procedures. Evaluates patients in independent living skills, occupational performance, prevocational work adjustment, educational skills, play-leisure abilities, social skills, and various psychosocial skills. Develops treatment plans with short- and long-term goals, frequency, and duration of treatment. Assists patients through the design and fabrication of adaptive equipment and orthotic devices, joint protection, and body mechanics. Informs patients and families of goals and progress. Assists with discharge planning by ordering equipment and instructing patients on home therapy plans. May supervise students.

    Floating Requirements: Travelers will be first to float.
