Required Skills/Experience: Looking for an Occupational Therapist with lymphedema skills and certification to help Curry build a lymphedema program.
Required Credentials: NPI#
Unit/Facility Details: Main location: Gold Beach and float to Brookings as needed.
Special Requests: Needing an OT that is lymphedema certified/specialist but would be open to PT that is lyphedema certified/specialist as well.
Shift & Scheduling:
Start date: 09/14 but will consider start dates within 30 days of 09/14.
The shit will likely by Sat-Tuesday, 4x10 or 8 hour shifts spread through similar days depending on what the therapist wants.
