- If you are working per diem at a Kindred facility, you need to wait 6 months after your last shift to apply as a traveler.

Required Skills/Experience:
- Adult patient experience required.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Ortho and neuro experience preferred but not required.
Unit Details:
- Inpatient rehabilitation program for patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries, and other conditions.
- Low-stimulation secured unit with monitored rooms, specialized beds, patient lifts, and a dedicated therapy gym and dining area.
- Uses high-tech therapy devices and equipment including the InMotion Robotic Arm, therapy car, Ekso NR, REAL VR, standard rehab equipment, and UDS ProDoc.
- Special apartments where patients and families can practice daily living tasks.
- Adult and geriatric patient population, including neuro/CVA patients.
- Common diagnoses and treatments include CVA, amputee, and orthopedic cases.
- Outdoor healing garden and walking trail to assist in rehabilitation.
