Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Must be familiar with pediatric and neonatal age groups. These are high-risk age groups that require age-specific awareness, if not competence. Candidates must be proficient in Epic and able to hit the ground running.
Required Credentials: Must pass IV training.
Special Requests: RTO: None allowed.
Unit Details: IV compounding.
Shift & Scheduling: Rotating 4 x 10s. Open 0600-2100 M-F and 0600-1800 S-S. Closing pharmacist on call until open in am. Weekend coverage required up to every other weekend.
Floating Requirements: You may be required to float to Adventist Health locations within 30 miles.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
