Required Skills/Experience: New grads okay as long as they have Level II experience and not just a Level I observation experience. LTC or rehab experience required.
Unit Details: SNF/LTC setting with an in-house therapy model. Provides rehabilitative treatment under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of supportive and assistive devices.
Shift & Scheduling: No weekends. No call.
