Unit Details: Provides physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT to help patients restore mobility, improve function, and achieve treatment goals. Delivers therapy interventions per the PT plan of care, documents patient progress and response to treatment, assists with patient education and home exercise programs, and communicates patient status to the supervising PT.
Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday. No call.
