Unit Details:
- Patient setup and alignment using various imaging techniques to deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments.
- Assesses patient status during direct patient interaction and makes appropriate referrals to care team members.
- Prepares for treatment delivery, including chart/film checks, room set-up, calculations, MOSAIQ EMR checks, and treatment calendar programming including port films.
- Performs patient set-up and CT scan for radiation therapy treatment planning as needed.
- Uses Varian TrueBeam and/or MOSAIQ.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Monday through Friday with 0700 - 0800 start time.
- Holidays as required.
