Additional Details:
Required Credentials:
- Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Impac MOSAIQ preferred.
Special Requests:
- RTO must be listed at time of submission.
- All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
- References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
- You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Unit Details:
- SRS, SBRT.
- Adult and geriatric patient population.
- Daily caseload: 20 pts/machine.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Start time varies between 630am-830am based on patient volume.
- Weekend requirement: only on weekends - 0800-1600 - rotated.
- RTO: No more than 7 days.
