    Additional Information

    References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

    All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

    You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

    Required Skills/Experience: Must have experience in a NICU level III or IV unit. Level 2 Adult ICU experience.

    Preferred Skills/Experience: Bunnell Jet Ventilation in NICU highly preferred.

    Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

    Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission.

    Unit Details: Neonatal, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population. Ratios vary based on hospital acuity.

    Shift & Scheduling: No call. Every other weekend per CBA. Day or night 4x12 shifts: 07:00-19:00 or 19:00-07:00. All staff are variable shift for the unit, including full-time employees. The manager makes every effort to keep agency staff on a consistent day or night shift during the 13-week contract, but the exact assignment is typically confirmed one to two weeks in advance.

    Floating Requirements: Floats internally between departments. Must be flexible.

    Details:

    AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
