Additional Details:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one-time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only)
Required Skills/Experience:
- Experience in conducting crisis risk assessments for adults and pediatrics.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Hospital experience preferred
Required Credentials:
- Licensed as a Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Independent Clinical Social Worker.
- Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Special Requests:
- RTO must be listed at time of submission.
Unit Details:
- Adult and pediatric emergency room setting.
Shift & Scheduling:
- No on-call required.
- Work every other weekend, a Saturday and Sunday Eves: 1600-0200
Floating Requirements:
- If overstaffed, may be asked to float to Holy Family Hospital performing the same duties.
