Required Skills/Experience:
- Must have Acute Care Experience, Discharge Planning/Care Coordination Experience.
- Patient Ratio Experience: 1:varies
Preferred Skills/Experience: Strong preference for a candidate with diverse CM experience - Med Surg, LLOS, ED.
Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Unit/Facility Details: Parking Cost: Facility Paid
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend.
Floating Requirements: Will work in all areas of the hospital including Colby and Pacific Campus' (less than 2 miles from each other.
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Details:
• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
Travel Social Worker Responsibilities
