Unit Details:

• CVOR averages 6 cases per day.
• Open heart surgery and vascular cases.
• Preps operating room for patient/procedure.
• Positions and prepares patient on operating table.
• Performs all circulating duties with efficiency and speed.
• Assumes duties within or outside the sterile field as assigned.
• Serves as the communication liaison to family and members of the operating team.
• Assists in control and maintenance of supplies and equipment.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekday schedule with weekend call.
