    Additional Details:

    Required Credentials: Contingent/temp licensure is not accepted. Primary source verification of licensure/certification is required for application. High School Diploma or Equivalent required

    Preferred Skills/Experience: 2-4 years related experience preferred.

    Unit Details: No patient care. Performs sterilization procedures on medical instruments and equipment in accordance with established procedures, infection control standards, industry standards, recommended practices on sterilization, and regulatory requirements. Processes specialty and general instruments. Resets instrument sets without error. Decontaminates instruments and equipment according to procedure. Maintains central sterile department stock levels. Prepares and assembles surgical trays and equipment following established tray listings for issue, storage, or further processing. Communicates instrument repair needs to supervisor.

    Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday with rotating weekends.
