    Additional Details:

    Required Skills/Experience: Leadership skills, cathlab skills 10 years of experience in clinical cardiology. Critical care experience, clinical cardiology, interventional radiology, perioperative or closely-related field for at least 3 years. Current endovascular/cardiac catheterization experience required or an equivalent combination of relevant education or experience.

    Required Credentials: Minimum of Bachelors degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program. Masters preferred. NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License. AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification. AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification.

    Special Requests: Failed fit tests due to facial hair and the inability to shave automatically disqualifies clinician from proceeding.

    Unit Details: Cath Lab leadership role responsible for EP, Neuro, Vascular and Cardiac DAR; staff scheduling and daily assignments; patient throughput; staff performance; cath lab flow and capacity; utilization; first case starts; room turnover; patient safety; policy and procedure adherence; quality and performance improvement; risk management; and supervision of flow from CDAR, the recovery room, and procedural areas. Specific cases/procedures candidate must handle: Right heart cath, Left heart cath, Permanent Pacemakers, PCI, Loop Recorders, Peripheral procedures, TEEs, Permacath insertions, Fistulograms, Venograms, Port insertions, IVC filters, TCAR, EKOS, EVAR.

    Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and holidays as scheduled are required. No weekends. No holidays. No on-call.
