Additional Details:
Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Required Credentials: NDMIRT (required, takes 4 weeks to get) along with background check
Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Must take full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location as well. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check. Must note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health. If clinician previously worked with Sanford, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.
Shift & Scheduling: 8 hour days, with possibility of having to finish a case if it's started late. Call is around 10 days or less per month, roughly 2 days a week or less depending on time-off schedules for weekly call. Call is required with evening and weekend rotation.
Floating Requirements: Mainly working in Interventional Radiology with floating to other departments (Cat Scan) to assist with procedures.
