Required Credentials: Government Issued Photo ID, Social Security Card
Shift & Scheduling:
Mainly 4 10hr shifts m-f. May need 5 depending on staffing Hours per Week 36-40
Is call required, if so when: Yes. 7 days in a 5 week timeframe which includes a fri, sat, sun
Weekend requirement: Only if on call
Holiday Requirement: Will need to take a holiday if one falls their contract
