    Additional Information

    References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

    Required Skills/Experience: First-time travelers accepted with at least 2 years experience. Contrast. Angiograms. Nephogram. Venous access.

    Preferred Skills/Experience: Outpatient experience preferred. Operating room experience preferred. C-arm. Biopsies. Ablations. Kyphoplasty.

    Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

    Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission.

    Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Located in the operating room. Procedures are also performed in a radiology room and CT. 2 Interventional Radiologists, 1 Neuro Interventionalist, 1-2 Vascular Surgeons, and 1 PA/NP per day. 3 single plane IR rooms, 1 biplane room, and 1 hybrid room. Procedures include cerebral angiography including intervention, stroke intervention, angiography including intervention of all body parts except the heart, Y90, chemoembolization, cryoablation, venography including intervention, various biopsies using fluoro, CT or ultrasound, venous access (port, dialysis, central lines), gastrostomy, and various drains (biliary, nephrostomy, abscess).

    Shift & Scheduling: Weekend requirement: only for on-call. Call required: 5-7 days/month.

    Details:

    AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
