    References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to. Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Skills Checklist: cannot contain any N/As, all lines must have a numerical rating.

    Required Skills/Experience:

    • Inpatient staffing experience.
    • Vancomycin AUC dosing, aminoglycoside dosing, heparin dosing/monitoring, and TPN management/monitoring.
    • IV room experience is not required, but must understand USP 797 and be able to tabletop medications or ensure technicians are preparing IVs correctly.

    Special Requests:

    • Must take a full 6 months off from any Sanford Health or Good Samaritan Society location. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
    • Must note in submission if the clinician has ever worked for Marshfield. If previously worked with Marshfield, they must have an end date 6 months prior to submission date.
    • Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

    Unit Details:

    • Covers ICU, IMC, ED, Med-Surg, cardiothoracic OR, cardiac cath, EPS, and central pharmacy.
    • Minimal chemotherapy; prepares gemcitabine or mitomycin for urology surgery and occasional methotrexate for ectopic pregnancies.
    • Uses Omnicell.

    Shift & Scheduling:

    • 7 on, 7 off.
    • Every 3rd or 4th weekend.
    • Holiday coverage required.
    • No call.
