Required Skills/Experience:
- Inpatient staffing experience.
- Vancomycin AUC dosing, aminoglycoside dosing, heparin dosing/monitoring, and TPN management/monitoring.
- IV room experience is not required, but must understand USP 797 and be able to tabletop medications or ensure technicians are preparing IVs correctly.
Special Requests:
- Must take a full 6 months off from any Sanford Health or Good Samaritan Society location. Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
- Must note in submission if the clinician has ever worked for Marshfield. If previously worked with Marshfield, they must have an end date 6 months prior to submission date.
- Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Unit Details:
- Covers ICU, IMC, ED, Med-Surg, cardiothoracic OR, cardiac cath, EPS, and central pharmacy.
- Minimal chemotherapy; prepares gemcitabine or mitomycin for urology surgery and occasional methotrexate for ectopic pregnancies.
- Uses Omnicell.
Shift & Scheduling:
- 7 on, 7 off.
- Every 3rd or 4th weekend.
- Holiday coverage required.
- No call.
