Required Credentials: Certificate of Completion from Radiologic Technology Program. OR College Diploma in Related Field. Temp Illinois licensure is not accepted.

Unit Details: Provides diagnostic CT services to inpatients, outpatients, and Emergency Department patients under the direction of the supervising radiologist. Performs CT angiography, 3D, MIPS, VR, vessel analysis, and MPRs with post-processing. Initiates IVs and administers contrast media after proper patient screening. Uses an independent workstation, pressure injector, PACS, and reconstruction software.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday schedule. Weekend backup call rotation. Holiday rotation.

Floating Requirements: Travelers assigned to the Greater Peoria Service Area may be required to float between Carle Health Methodist Hospital, Carle Health Pekin Hospital, and/or Carle Health Proctor Hospital. The Carle leader will notify the traveler directly when there is a need to float between locations.
