Required Skills/Experience: Must be familiar with pediatric and neonatal age groups. These are high-risk age groups that require age-specific awareness, if not competence.

Required Credentials: Must pass IV training.

Special Requests: RTO: None allowed.

Unit Details: IV compounding.

Shift & Scheduling: Rotating 4 x 10s. Open 0600-2100 M-F and 0600-1800 S-S. Closing pharmacist on call until open in am. Weekend coverage required up to every other weekend.

Floating Requirements: You may be required to float to Adventist Health locations within 30 miles.
