Unit Details: Inpatient role with coverage varying based on team needs, including standard pediatric orders due to the embedded pediatric hospital. Order verification, product check and release, remote sterile compounding verification, IV-to-PO conversions, renal dose review, aminoglycoside dosing, and anticoagulation dosing. Uses Omnicell ADMs and Pharmacy Keeper for compounding and remote verification.

Shift & Scheduling: Primarily 3rd shift (2100 to 0700) with rotation to 2nd shift (1200 to 2200) as needed. Work week typically starts Wednesday. Up to every other weekend. Rotating holidays. No call; may be asked to cover sick calls.
