Physical Therapist

Unit/Facility Details: This will be a mixed setting of inpatient and outpatient.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday to Friday. The facility can be flexible if 4 days a week are needed instead.

Required Skills/Experience: 1 Year inpatient rehab or acute experience

Required Credentials: Crisis Prevention training (TEAM) required within 6 months of hire. Degree in Physical Therapy

Preferred Credentials:
- First Aid certification preferred.

Unit Details:
- Provides physical therapy services through comprehensive evaluation, program planning, and administration of treatment to all patients.
- Performs detailed clinical assessments upon physician referral, develops comprehensive age-appropriate plans of care based on evaluation findings, and documents patient treatment.

Shift & Scheduling:
- Mon-Fri schedule.
- Every other weekend availability (most likely one weekend a month).
- Must be available to work one holiday if needed.

Shift & Scheduling:
- No weekends.
- No call.
- Flexible contract hours: 35 per week.
