Preferred Credentials: MSPT or DPT preferred.

Special Requests: If previously employed at the facility, a written request is required to apply; the facility may make a one-off exception.

Unit Details: Provides patient evaluation, individualized treatment plans, and direct therapy to restore function and mobility. Develops and updates treatment and discharge plans, documents services, and supervises PTAs and rehab techs.

Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday. On-call required; 0 hour minimum.
