All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: Trauma experience required. 2 years of recent Level 3 or 4 NICU or PICU experience. Strongly desire someone with all levels of experience Level 3 NICU/PICU/ Adult ICU experience, but must have level 3 NICU/PICU or Adult with strong PICU experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Preferred experience with Puritan Bennett, Draeger, and Servo I.

Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. Time off is approved on an individual basis upon offer.

Unit Details: Neonatal, infant, pediatric/adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population. Peds/adult respiratory role covering adult ICU, PICU, Level 3 NICU, and floor therapy. Level II adult and pediatric trauma setting with adult open-heart surgery cases. Treats patients with NIV, high flow, nebulizers, CPT, nitric oxide, and Flolan nebulizer. Uses Draeger vents for adults, Servo-I for PICU and NICU, and 3100A, 3100B, and jet ventilators in NICU.

Shift & Scheduling: No call. Weekend required.

Floating Requirements: Will float within scope to meet facility needs; will cover NICU, PICU, and Adult.
