Additional Details:
References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Required Credentials:
- Graduate of an accredited approved program for respiratory care.
- Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility.
Special Requests:
- Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Unit Details:
- Cares for patients of all ages.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Every other weekend.
Floating Requirements:
- Will be required to work all departments/areas within the hospital, including ED, ICU, Med-Surg, Peds, OB, and family care areas.
Previous Employment Requirements:
- Must note in submission if you have ever worked for Sanford Health.
- Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
- If clinician previously worked with Sanford, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date
- Must take a full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location.
