Additional Information
Preferred Skills / Experience: Preferred post-grad experience in skilled nursing facility.
Unit Details: Skilled nursing/long-term care setting. Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide hands-on therapy in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols. Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques to support continued care and safety. Uses Net Health charting system. Minimum productivity standard for OTs is 90%.
Shift & Scheduling: 8:00AM-5:00PM or 9:00AM-6:00PM, with occasional weekends. Overtime starts after 40 hours.
