    Additional Information

    Required Skills/Experience: Minimum 3 years Pediatric ICU. Minimum 3 years Neonatal ICU. Minimum 1 year Pediatric Level 1 Trauma.

    Preferred Skills/Experience: Minimum 4 years Pediatric ICU. Minimum 4 years Neonatal ICU. Minimum 2 years Pediatric Level 1 Trauma.

    Special Requests: RTO blackout dates: 09/13-09/19, 10/25-11/01, 11/22-11/28. No RTO approved within the first two weeks of the assignment.

    Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week. 13 weekend shifts out of 26. On-call requirement: None. Required to work Thanksgiving holiday. (11/25, 11/26 & 11/27) Must work observed holidays if they fall within the contract period.

    Floating Requirements: Float requirement: Anschutz and Network of Care (North or South). May be floated or reassigned to other areas of practice within clinical competence.
