Required Skills/Experience:
Draeger Vent experience required.
Teaching hospital experience is required.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
NICU experience preferred.
Avea Vent experience preferred.
Required Credentials:
CRT or RRT required.
Special Requests:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
All RTO must be final and accurate; additional RTO requested after offer acceptance will not be approved.
Assignment length may be 13 or 26 weeks.
Unit Details:
Patient population includes neonates, infants, pediatric patients, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.
Travelers may be asked to orient students or new hires as needed.
Shift & Scheduling:
Every other weekend and holidays as needed.
Floating Requirements:
Will float between Bridgeport Hospital and Milford campuses as needed.
Travelers should expect to rotate through all areas of the hospital, including the NICU and pediatric units. Floating frequency depends on census and staffing needs and may vary; staff should be prepared to support all units as needed.
