RTO must be listed at time of submission.
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years
Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
-If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only).
Required Skills/Experience:
• Must have Acute Care Experience, Discharge Planning/Care Coordination Experience.
• Skills Required: Acute Hospital, Case Management/Utilization Review, Care coordination, Discharge Planning, Needs Assessment/ Order DME, Plan of Care, Regulatory, CMS: Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Acute Hospital Experience by Specialty, MS
Preferred Skills/Experience: Strong preference for a candidate with diverse CM experience - Med Surg, LLOS, ED. ICU skills.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekends Required: Yes - every other weekend
Floating Requirements: Yes will work in all areas of the hospital including Colby and Pacific Campus’ (less than 2 miles from each other)
Travel Social Worker Responsibilities
