References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: Scrub experience required. 2+ years in cardiac and vascular. General OR, thoracic, vascular, and CVOR procedures (CABG, EVAR, TEVAR, valve replacement, etc.) required. Experience with cardiovascular/thoracic instrument reprocessing. Aseptic technique, crash cart, scrub and circulate, and equipment documentation required.
Required Credentials: Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.
Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Uses Epic.
Shift & Scheduling: Schedule consists of two (2) 8-hour shifts and two (2) 12-hour shifts. Shifts may occur anytime between 6:30 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., based on staffing needs. Weekend rotation distributed equitably among staff members. Call duties will be included as part of the contract. Call hours are distributed equitably among staff members and will vary with each schedule.
