Additional Details:
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission.
Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.
Required Skills/Experience: Cardio thoracic and vascular experience. 2 years of consecutive experience in cardiovascular surgery. Recent CV case experience within last 3 months. Open heart case experience. Must be able to scrub heart valve or open heart procedures independently.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Teaching hospital experience is preferred.
Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population.
Shift & Scheduling: Monday through Friday. No weekends required. Call required: nights, weekends, holidays.
