Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
- Level I or Level II hospital experience required
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- 1 year of experience in a hospital or Clinical setting preferred
Required Credentials:
- ARMRIT accepted as an alternative MRI credential.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology or other accepted and approved equivalent required
Special Requests:
- Any employment gaps greater than 90 days must be explained.
Unit Details:
- Performs routine and advanced MRI procedures, supports other imaging technologists, and helps facilitate patient flow.
- Troubleshoots basic maintenance, participates in QA, resolves image processing and image archiving issues, and provides MRI screening and MRI safety support.
- Uses PACS and follows PACS downtime procedures as a PACS Superuser.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Sat & Sun.
- On-call: Saturday & Sunday 11p to 7a.
Floating Requirements:
- Must be flexible to work other shifts and/or at other campuses as needed or required.
