Understand the why. Sweating the small stuff means we consider everything from the smallest details now to planning and considering for the many years ahead. We know that even tiny changes or decisions can have a huge impact. We start with why — always seeking to understand the why — to be intentional, informed and curious before simply taking action.
Act with purpose. We act with purpose, from how we plan and interact to how and when we meet, spend our time, and respond to inquiries and feedback. We make informed decisions and are purposeful in our actions, enabling us to achieve efficiency, personalized engagement, and to persist through the hard work. We know where we’re going and what efforts and decisions will get us there.
Think at scale. We sweat the small stuff so we can think at and achieve scale — to measure twice and cut once. We don’t make decisions haphazardly but with intention, being clear about and focused on how what we’re doing today impacts our team, product, and users tomorrow and the many days after. Sustainability and forethought; tackle the hard problems.
For our community. “Advocate” represents not only one of the core functions within Trusted but what we all do in all of our efforts. It means going above and beyond for what’s best for our nurses, despite it at times being difficult, time consuming, and not always possible to achieve the outcome we want. We advocate for a nurses-first perspective when creating policies, crafting experiences and workflows, and building product and technology.
For each other. We’re advocates for each other, always considering what’s best for our teammates and the company. We advocate for our ideas, for all voices being heard, and for recognition of teammates going above and beyond for our community and our mission. We don’t choose the easy path, but the right and honest one.
For our mission. We advocate for our mission and the importance of it. We keep it visible and top of mind in everything we do — from hiring and adding new teammates who are aligned and inspired by our mission, to enabling nurses and customers to understand why we’re doing what we do and the impact it has.
Create memorable experiences. Experience matters — whether it’s our experience working here at Trusted, the experiences we craft for our nurses, or how we make those in a hiring process feel. We know the power of sharing experiences.
Empower others. We empower others by appreciating differences and treating each other as individuals. We build relationships and connectedness. We empower nurses through information and knowledge, enabling them to more seamlessly grow and connect as professionals, and giving them access to the information and technology they need to make informed decisions and manage their careers — and to give us their feedback. Not to join an agency, but to join a movement. At the crossroads of healthcare, technology, and staffing, we empower each other with information, personal experience, and knowledge, and to grow personally and as a company.
Celebrate often. We know it’s important to celebrate often — we acknowledge and celebrate collective and individual accomplishments and milestones, and recognize hard work and impact. Nurse of the week, goodvibes, new teammates, win of the week, Trusted anniversaries, milestones. Appreciate differences and honor each other as individuals. Build relationships, connectedness and shared experiences.
Be genuine. We inspire trust with our nurses, each other, and all partners by being genuine, transparent, and accountable. We acknowledge not just the good, but also the bad and the ugly. We inspire trust by being genuine about who we are, how it works, what to expect, and what we do — creating personal connections that are real. We call it what it is and aren’t gimmicky; we practice what we preach and authentically live out our mission.
Be transparent. We’re transparent about the why, how, when, and where. About the hard things, the small things, and everything in between. We don’t just share victories but also mistakes and learnings. Our transparency generates respect and kindness with nurses, teammates, and partners alike.
Be accountable. Being accountable means following up and following through. No text, intercom message or service request is left unanswered. When we say we’ll do something we do it, and our nurses, partners, and teammates know we can be relied upon. We own our mistakes and turn them into wins.
