    Additional Information

    Special Requests: Each employment history entry must include detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level if applicable, patient ratio, and teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job. Must disclose previous employment within the submission for a DNU check. If previously employed by Sanford Health, Good Samaritan Society, or Marshfield Clinic Health System, employment must have ended at least 6 months before submission.

    Unit Details: Adult trauma, medical, and surgical patients with a wide range of medical and surgical needs, including trauma/orthopedic trauma and hip fracture cases. Uses AcuDose and other inpatient equipment. Nurse-to-patient ratios: days 1:4-5; nights 1:5-6.

    Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and holiday. Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.

    Floating Requirements: Must float to any Med-Surg unit across three Fargo locations, including Broadway, Sanford Medical Center Fargo, and South University, if needed.
