    Required Credentials:

    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.

    Preferred Credentials:

    Unit Details:

    • Outpatient clinic setting focused on comprehensive patient assessments, medication and treatment administration, clinical procedures, patient and family education, care coordination, referrals, follow-up, and continuity of care in collaboration with providers and interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced ambulatory environment.

    • Mon-Fri.
