Additional Details:
An interview may not be available prior to offer. At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Moderate sedation experience required if anesthesia is not available.
Required Credentials:
- You are required to pass a Basic Dysrhythmia/EKG exam during onboarding.
Special Requests:
- Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
- Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.
Unit Details:
- Average 3-5 cases per day, including emergency cases.
- Common procedures include EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP, MRCP, and biopsies.
- Uses Surginet.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Mon-Fri schedule.
- Start time depends on the first case and requires arrival 1 hour before the case.
- One evening call shift per week from the end of the regular shift to 0700.
- One 48-hour call weekend per month.
- Holidays as needed.
Floating Requirements:
- Float to PACU/ACU.
