Required Skills/Experience:
Infusion therapy required.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Required Credentials:
Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests:
RTO must be listed at time of submission.
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details:
Adolescent, adult, pediatric, and geriatric patient population.
The unit includes a preoperative area and PACU phases I and II.
Patients undergo outpatient general, orthopedic, and urologic surgeries, and all patients go home.

Shift & Scheduling:
Monday-Friday.
No weekends.
No holidays.
No call.
Pre/Post start times vary depending on the area assigned for the day; variable shifts require flexibility to meet department needs.
Nurses scheduled for PACU are expected to stay and finish the day; outpatient surgery does not have shift relief.
RTO: no more than 7 days.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
