    Additional Details:

    If a BSN degree is the highest level of education, verify the graduation date and upload a copy of your diploma to your credentials.

    Required Skills/Experience: Will not accept OR candidates. Must have acute care surgical floor experience. Stepdown/PCU experience. Clinicians should have strong Trauma Level 1 experience and/or be willing to work with difficult cases.

    Preferred Skills/Experience: ENT and/or Transplant experience preferred. Preceptor and charge experience preferred.

    Required Credentials: Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

    Preferred Credentials: Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing Board Approved Program.

    Unit Details: OU Health University of Oklahoma Medical Center is Oklahoma's only Level I Trauma Center. 4W Surgical Transplant is a mixed stepdown and acute care floor which cares for post-surgical kidney, liver and pancreas transplant patients. They also care for pre-transplant patients who are being evaluated for a transplant during their inpatient stay. Patients require close monitoring for infection, rejection, and timely medication delivery. This is not a PACU position. Any nurse on this floor will either work med-surg or stepdown dependent on the availability of nurses.

    Floating Requirements: Travelers will be first to float.
