Trusted Health Appoints Sue Nallapeta as CTO

March 24, 2023

Company’s Senior Leadership Team Is Now Eighty Percent Women

Trusted Health, the leading career marketplace for healthcare professionals, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sue Nallapeta as its new Chief Technology Officer. Nallapeta is the fourth woman to join Trusted as a C-level executive in the last year, and eighty percent of the company’s senior leadership is now women.

"This is a milestone moment for us on two fronts. First by bringing on a CTO of Sue’s caliber to help continue to build and evolve Trusted’s platform. And second by rounding out a leadership team composed of incredible leaders who I am proud and humbled to work alongside as we continue to create staffing solutions for the future of healthcare,” said Trusted CEO Lennie Sliwinski.

Nallapeta is a seasoned engineering leader with more than 15 years of experience leading teams across a variety of consumer-facing businesses and marketplaces, including Apartment List, Zoosk (acquired by Spark Networks) and Kodak Gallery (acquired by Shutterfly). At Trusted, she will lead a team of more than 100 engineers to build and enhance the Trusted Health platform, including Trusted Works, healthcare's first purpose-built staffing platform designed to make flexible staffing a differentiator for the health systems that leverage it.

"I’m thrilled to join Trusted Health's talented team and contribute to the mission of improving the lives of healthcare professionals and patients," said Nallapeta.  “Trusted's vision for the future of healthcare staffing deeply resonates with me, and I'm excited to help drive the company's growth. By leveraging technology and making data-driven decisions, I believe we can transform the industry and create a brighter future for all.”

Nallapeta is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion initiatives and helping other women find engineering executive roles, just 9% of which are currently held by women. Sue serves as a mentor and a resource for other aspiring engineers and engineering leaders through her work as an ambassador for SheTO and as a mentor with Plato.
