COVID-19 RESPONSE

Trusted Nurse Action Plan

  • Nurses can expect to receive up to 14 days of wages and stipends per their contracted hours if they’re required to be quarantined.
  • Sick time will not be applied and thus will be preserved for this 14 day period.
  • We will evaluate on a case-by-case basis for any actions beyond 14 days.
  • For situations that arise requiring this additional support, please have this form completed and emailed to hello@trustedhealth.com.

For additional questions or concerns please reach out to your Nurse Advocate for next steps and appropriate documentation.

For after-hours or if you're unable to get a hold of your Nurse Advocate, please text or call the Main Line at 415-466-1466 and choose option 9.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

You have access to third-party services that are free of charge and effective your first day on the job! This program is in place to provide resources that support you in a variety of ways, including managing your mental health through counseling and self-care programs.

To access the Magellan EAP site, create your account here.

1. You should use the same email you used when you created your Trusted Health account.

2. Select ‘Trusted Health Inc’ as your company and follow the instructions to access your Magellan profile.
